Make registering with Rafferty Resourcing work for you! It’s not always possible to drop everything to register with a Recruitment Agency and that’s why our candidate meetings mainly take place outside of normal working hours and at a location convenient to you. We also make ourselves available for Zoom meetings as our candidate base is UK wide and we recruit Internationally. We don’t rely on a database of candidates, therefore we only register candidates that are actively looking for a new position and that we are confident we can assist.


Once we have completed our initial registration we will work closely with you to ensure that you are getting the right exposure to the latest vacancies. This will include contacting our clients and performing job searches for you. It is crucial that you CV is looking at its best, but don’t worry that is something we can help with.

From initially putting a CV together to applying for a specialist vacancy, the team at Rafferty Resourcing are experts when it comes to CVs and will be more than happy to help.


There is nothing wrong with being a bit nervous! In actual fact we would be concerned if you weren’t. Interviews are a big deal and we work very hard to get you in front of some of the best HR Teams in the UK. Rest assured you will never go an interview unprepared. Our Client’s expect the very best from us and so do you, so in the run up to an interview we will ensure that no stone is left unturned and that you are given all the advice and guidance needed in order to succeed!

We can’t guarantee that you will be nerve free, but we can guarantee that you are ready, prepared and feeling good prior to interview day!


Our superb candidate care doesn’t end the day you attend your interview – that’s a big no no! Feedback whether it’s good or bad is so important for all parties involved. We want to know everything!!!

If you have been successful we will support you with everything from how to tell your current employer through to dealing with potential counter offers. Alternatively if the interview didn’t swing in your favour on this occasion we will talk you through the feedback and get cracking with lining up some more interviews!
